Bestway Group

Bestway Group is a British multi-national conglomerate company based in London, United Kingdom. It has its operations in United Kingdom and Pakistan. The group owns the UK’s second-largest wholesaler serving 125,000 independent retailers and caterers from 64 depots nationwide.

We won the Bestway contract in 2018 and successfully transitioned all marketing services for the wholesale, retail club, catering and pets activity. By offering an end-to-end solution, we consolidated the number of existing suppliers from 12 into 1. This has provided better control of spending, with consolidated invoices helping to significantly reduce the hidden ‘back office’ costs and improve productivity across the board.

We manage all of Bestway’s 4-weekly promotional activity from creative concepts and artworking, through to print and distribution. Each month, we produce over 200 unique printed elements across 8 brands.

We also implemented our full suite of MediaHub modules to support their stretched marketing function. This system solution has enabled the team to work more efficiently, have better visibility on project statuses and track deliveries.
